But what if you could get rid of such spots by drinking plain green juice? No, we aren't pulling your leg! Martha Stewart's special green juice can actually give you beautiful, glowing skin without going through any troubles. At least, that's what she claims.
Martha Stewart's beauty secret
On April 1, 2021, kitchen queen Martha Stewart shared the recipe of her green juice on her Instagram handle. In the clip, she revealed that the secret behind her healthy skin and thick hair is the green juice that she consumes daily.
The business mogul, who looked ultra-glamorous in her turtle-neck pink pullover and side-parted hair, said she uses ingredients from her greenhouse and garden to put together the drink. To people who don't have access to those, she suggested that fruits and veggies from any regular grocery store or supermarket would do fine.

But there's one thing she was hell-bent on using. Any guesses? Well, it's a high-quality juicer. Speaking about her juicer, she said she prefers Breville Bluicer Pro over any other thing. Though it's a little pricey, she says it's worth a shot.
How to make Stewart's green juice?
To make Stewart's green juice, you don't have to get anything fancy. All you need is some celery, mint, parsley, cucumbers, and a couple of fruits of your choice, and blend them together.
If you want to execute every step just like her, then first switch on the juicer and put it on “green smoothie” mode. After a couple of seconds, add fresh celery with leaves and push it with a plunger.
As soon as the juice is extracted, put in two cucumbers and follow the same drill. Later, add a bunch of fresh parsley, some pineapple with the rind, and if you like ginger's touch, throw in that too. Once the juice from all that is properly extracted, add some oranges, lemons, and mint leaves. Last but not least, throw in a bunch of spinach, and your juice is ready!

A few tweaks here and there
Stewart says that you don't need to stick to that recipe. You can make a few changes like adding kale with the items or even different fruits. She explains that it wouldn't take away the juice's goodness. Instead, it'll add a nutritional punch to it.
